The Mission of the Greater Meridian Health Clinic remains constant in an ever-changing health care environment:

To provide quality primary health care services through a community/ user-based organization for populations which face significant access barriers to the health care system in an environment that preserves human dignity and promotes cultural sensitivity.

In keeping with this mission, Greater Meridian Health Clinic is striving to build and maintain comprehensive systems of care by:

  • Developing effective clinical systems that are capable of providing continuous and family-oriented quality services.
  • Strengthening our commitment to total health care by addressing social and health concerns which will promote health and disease prevention.
  • Maximizing federal, state, local, and private resources to expand the capacity of services for the medically underserved.
  • Identifying and responding to changing health needs and priorities through community/ user-based governance and community participation.
  • Increasing our adaptability in order to thrive in an environment that is subject to changes, while nurturing the uniqueness of the organization's mission.
  • Striving for excellence in all areas of the organization through Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and staff development.
  • Developing collaborative relationships with health and human service agencies to promote comprehensive and continuous care for the public.

Thank you for allowing us to take care of your medical needs. We are fully committed to your well being.
